- clinical ARCA database
- Ataxia NGS consortium
- ARCA biobank repository
Correspondingly, it collates NGS data-sets, registry-based patient data for genotype-phenotype and natural history studies, biomaterials (plasma, serum, DNA, RNA, Dried Blood Spots, urine, CSF)
for biomarker identification as well as patients to aggregate trial-ready-cohorts.
